SAINTE-THÉRÈSE, Que. — Cora Breakfast and Lunch is opening a new location in Vernon, B.C. on August 12.
The restaurant’s official grand opening will take place on August 20. The event will feature dignitaries and local franchisee owners, as well as the brand’s traditional “Egg-Cracking Ceremony,” during which the first symbolic omelette in the restaurant will be made.
The new location is part of a nationwide expansion of the Cora network and marks the brand’s 11th location in B.C.
