SAINTE-THÉRÈSE, Que. — Cora Breakfast and Lunch opened a new Cora location in Regina on March 18.
The official grand opening will take place on April 1, when founder Cora Tsouflidou and local franchisees will welcome dignitaries and guests for a celebratory “Egg-Cracking Ceremony,” during which the first symbolic omelette in the restaurant will be made.
The new location is part of a nationwide expansion of the Cora network. It’s the second restaurant in Regina and the fourth in Saskatchewan.
