MONTREAL — The annual Cora Foundation fundraising campaign has surpassed previous campaigns, raising $160,000 in support of Breakfast Clubs of Canada, which provides nutritional meals to schoolchildren.
“I am very proud to help the Clubs because I remain convinced that starting the day on a full stomach is the very minimum for any child.
Thanks to the entire team of Cora Restaurants and its suppliers who took part in the campaign — your dedication to the cause warms my heart,” said Cora Tsouflidou, president of the Cora Foundation.
The cross-country campaign encouraged guests to purchase Cora icons for $1 each between Nov.14 and Dec. 31.
