TORONTO — Dal Moro’s Fresh Pasta to Go will be opening in The Annex Food Hall — a new dining destination in Toronto’s Bloor-West neighbourhood. Slated to open this fall, this will be the second North-American location for the Dal Moro’s brand.

Founded in Venice, Italy in 2012, Dal Moro’s was created by seventh-generation Venetian chef Gabriele Dal Moro, one of the original innovators of the fresh pasta to-go concept in Venice. The brand opened its first North-American location in the Toronto’s downtown core (605 Yonge St.) six months ago and the franchise is now on the path of expansion, with several more locations slated to open over the next few years.

“Toronto is such a warm and inviting community, a place Dal Moro’s proudly calls its home away from home,” says Santhosh Reddy, owner of Dal Moro’s Fresh Pasta to Go, Canada. “We are thrilled to be a part of The Annex Food Hall, and look forward to introducing our affordably priced, high-quality pastas and sauces made from authentic Italian recipes to more Torontonians.”

The Toronto restaurant offers six hand-made pastas including fusilli, spaghetti, fettuccine, gnocchi, rigatoni and linguine at an affordable price. Each guest can customize their order by choosing their preferred handmade pasta, Italian sauce and fresh toppings and complete their meal with a classic or Nutella tiramisu. A selection of beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages is also available.

Both Dal Moro’s locations also offer pick-up and delivery through Ritual, Feedback and Foodora. All orders are carefully packaged in specially selected to-go containers, which keep the pasta and sauce separated for ultimate freshness.
