Daniel Burns to Launch New Cookbook in May


TORONTO — The new Food & Beer cookbook, penned by Canadian chef Daniel Burns and co-author Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø will hit shelves this May.

To celebrate the book’s Toronto release, the masterminds behind Brooklyn, New York’s Michelin-starred Luksus restaurant and its sister bar Tørst will take part in an on-stage conversation and Q&A followed by a reception and book-signing at the George Brown College Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts on May 30. The on-stage portion of the evening will be led by Joshua David Stein of the New York Observer, who is also a co-author of the book.
