NORFOLK COUNTY, Ont. — Dennis’ Horseradish has launched a limited edition horseradish cranberry sauce.
“Horseradish makes a lot of people happy to begin with,” says Mark Healy, CEO of Dennis’ Horseradish. “Now, with this new culinary connection with cranberries, we’re confident the happiness factor will only increase. Customers are loving the novelty and versatility of it. The sauce can be served with turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, or squash but, truth be told, it can go on pretty much anything. We’ve heard customers enjoying it in gourmet burgers, on pork tenderloin and even in salads.”
