FRELIGHSBURG, Que. — Dubbed the first authentic all-Canadian gin, Ungava Gin has been released by Domaine Pinnacle, a leading producer of specialty alcoholic beverages in Quebec.
Named after the region bordering Ungava Bay in Northern Quebec, the gin is made from Canadian Arctic plants and herbs harvested during the summer and infused with the spirit. “The unique climate of the Ungava region gives our gin its truly individual personality and memorable flavour. It tastes wonderful all by itself over ice or as the base for a cocktail,” said Charles Crawford, president, Domaine Pinnacle.
Bright yellow in colour, Ungava is infused with botanical ingredients, such as Nordic Juniper, Wild Rose Hips, Cloudberry, Crowberry, Arctic Blend and Labrador Tea.
It’s now available across Canada.
