TORONTO — Drake Hotel Properties has launched a new dining concept, Fish Camp, to celebrate all things aquatic for summer 2015. Fish Camp will offer diners in Toronto and Prince Edward County a variety of fish and seafood options, created by executive chef Ted Corrado.

Starting July 1, Fish Camp will offer up a roster of fish and seafood to guests at the The Drake Devonshire Inn, including Perch Tostadas ($16), East Coast Fish Fry ($19) and Drake’s famous Lobster Nachos ($23). Fish Camp will be open seven days a week from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.  At the Taste of Toronto food festival (July 2 to 5) and WayHome Music and Arts Festival (July 24 to 26), attendees can enjoy the East Coast Fish Fry with crispy clams, haddock and homemade tartar sauce ($6) or freshly shucked oysters (market price).

The Drake Hotel will be serving up an East Coast Style Seafood Boil with pots of fresh PEI mussels, pasta clams, shelled shrimp, potatoes, corn, sausage with collard greens, buttermilk biscuits and a pint of Alexander Keith’s ($35). The popular Twilight Tuesdays night market will return to the Drake One Fifty parkette from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. this August, featuring rotating Fish Camp dishes each week.
