VANCOUVER — Earls Restaurants Ltd. is set to debut a new restaurant concept in May, as part of the Grosvenor Ambleside mixed-use development project in Vancouver.
The concept for Earls Ambleside Beach has been touted as the first of its kind. The location will be tailored to the local community — from the design to the menu offerings — and will feature works by local artists. The restaurant will also be the first new Earls location opened in Vancouver since 2011.
“It’s the future of Earls, a collective of individually compelling restaurants. We are unchaining the chain restaurant,” Earls president Mo Jessa said in a press release announcing the concept.
Grosvenor Ambleside is also set to feature locations of Heirloom Vegetarian and Meinhardt Fine Foods.
