SURREY, B.C. — In celebration of 150 years of harvest, The 4th annual Eat Fraser Valley Food + Cooking Festival is set kick off at the Tradex Exhibition Centre in Abbotsford, B.C., next month.

Celebrity Chefs — including Rob Feenie, Chuck Hughes and Graham Kerr — will demonstrate their cooking prowess on The Food Network Canada Celebrity Stage as part of the three-day fest that will feature food, cooking demos, cheese seminars and wine tastings.

A unique list of culinary aficionados such as popular local restaurateurs, local vintners, brewers, food and beverage manufacturers, cookbook authors, retailers, artisans and many others from the food world will also be on hand. One of the main attractions will be the Master Chef Competition, Iron-Chef style, which will feature 17 duelling toques.

Dubbed the largest consumer food, beverage and cooking festival in suburban Vancouver, the Eat Fraser Valley Food + Cooking Festival runs from Sept. 16 to 18.
