EDMONTON — The Edmonton Expo Centre has announced Jiju Paul as its new executive chef, according to the Edmonton Journal.
A certified chef de cuisine, Paul is joining the Edmonton Expo Centre with more than 16 years of experience in five-star hotels across India, the United Arab Emirates and Canada.
Paul returns to Edmonton after spending time at the Fairmont Ajman in the United Arab Emirates, where he was part of the Emirates Culinary Guild. He’s also served as a former executive sous chef at the Fairmont Hotel Macdonald and has contributed to the Canadian Culinary Federation Edmonton Chapter and the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT).
