EDMONTON — Edo Japan is set to unveil its new restaurant concept and design — Edo Fresh Take — through the simultaneous launch of three new Edmonton locations.
The three locations — at North Town Centre, Shops of Granville and Heritage Valley — will host celebratory events on January 27.
The location at North Town Centre will feature all aspects of the new concept, including a new store design and layout; fresh new branding; menu evolution; and a grab-and-go market wall with a variety of sushi, salads and Japanese-inspired snacks and treats.
The brand’s updated menu features items such as the Noodlefull Bowl and the Chop Chop Bowl.
