TORONTO — Egg Club, which first opened in September 2020, currently has four locations in Toronto. The brand is currently working with Ted Tsanas, president at Southbrook Business Development Group/REMAX PREMIER Real Estate to open up to 300 locations across the country.

Egg Club’s offering includes the combination of its specialty Japanese Milk Bread called Shokupan and a traditional Western-style egg sandwich.

“We’ve really tried to make it as cheap as much as possible but at the same time the high quality as much as possible,” Jason Yu, president and co-founder of Egg Club told Retail Insider. “We don’t need as much equipment as well as our space. We can go anywhere, [our footprint is about] 500 sq. ft. Our third location is only 450 sq. ft. We’ve revolutionized the old egg sandwich into an affordable and fun sandwich that people can enjoy.”
