EnRoute Announces Canada’s Best New Restaurants 2016 Nominees

MONTREAL — Air Canada’s EnRoute magazine has released the contenders for the 2016 instalment of Canada’s Best New Restaurants.

The shortlist is comprised of 36 nominees from across the country, which opened between June 2015 and June 2016. Nine provinces are represented on the list, with Ontario-based restaurants receiving the most nominations (10) and B.C. and Quebec each receiving nine.

The magazine’s food writer will narrow down this list to his top-10 in the coming months, which will appear in the November issue of EnRoute.
