TORONTO — When the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) officially opens this Friday, Sept. 8, Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt will be part of the action, with its own pop-up shop at the ET Canada celeb lounge.
“We are delighted we can bring the most popular self-serve frozen yogurt experience in the GTA to so many top celebrities,” said Michael Shneer, president of Yogurtworld Franchising Corp., master franchisor of the brand in Canada.“Many [celebs] visit us frequently in Los Angeles, and now we are excited to bring the Menchie’s experience directly to them while they visit Toronto.”
Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt opened its first two Canadian stores last fall and there are plans to open another 50 franchises in Canada soon.
TIFF runs from Sept. 8 to 18.
