2016 Guelph Organic Conference

Celebrating its 35th year, the 2016 event includes an international speaker (Hugh Williams), seminars as well as intro workshops on key topics including: permaculture, organic production, orchards & horticulture, organic livestock & pasture issues, pollination & CSA marketing themes plus many, many other workshops which will help both producer and consumer.  The workshops offer something for everyone.  PLUS, there is a FREE Organic Trade Show/Tasting Fair with about 160+ exhibitor tables (includes almost 40 food sampling tables) on Saturday/Sunday (Jan. 30-31).  To repeat, the Trade Show is free to the public because it’s in an open University building.  This is your opportunity to sample and purchase a wealth of organic, fair trade products.  Meet the movers and shakers in the local organic business.
