Bakery Showcase 2018 Trade Show & Conference

Bakery Showcase is Canada’s national baking industry trade show and conference held every two years in Toronto (Mississauga) Ontario – Canada. 

Companies that manufacture, market, distribute & broker, baking ingredients, baked products (fresh, proof & bake, par-baked, freezer-to oven, thaw & serve), baking equipment, supplies, packaging, technology and services will be on hand.

Attendees at this year’s event range from wholesale and commercial bakeries (intermediate and large volume), retail bakeries (independent & franchise), patisseries, grocery chains / mass market / supermarket in-store bakeries, c-stores, and food service establishments (restaurants, cafes, hotels, caterers), to specialty and artisanal bakers, brokers, baking profession schools, consultants, government buyers, local and international trade missions.
