CHICAGO — Cranberry, caramel, apple and pumpkin are among the popular vodka flavours this fall that are serving as inspiration for seasonal cocktails, according to a recent report by Chicago-based research firm Technomic.
“Flavoured vodka is a fast-growth spirits segment, and there are plenty of seasonal offerings coming to market that can inspire bartenders or at-home mixologists this fall,” said Donna Hood Crecca, senior director, Technomic.
According to the report, flavoured vodka accounts for nearly 30 per cent of total vodka volume and continues to grow.
