TORONTO — As the official sub of the Toronto Maple Leafs and partner of the Calgary Flames, Firehouse Subs has launched limited edition Souvenir Cups in participating restaurants across Ontario and Calgary with the purchase of a Brisket Hat Trick combo.
Exclusive to Canada, the Brisket Hat Trick features smoked turkey breast, Virginia honey ham, beef brisket and topped with sweet and tangy slaw, barbecue sauce and mayo served on a toasted sub roll.
“Firehouse Subs proudly supports Canadian hockey, and we’re always looking for ways to celebrate our guests’ passion for the game. That’s why we’re excited to kick off 2025 with the launch of limited-edition Leafs and Flames souvenir cups for fans,” says Sam Gallant, general manager, Firehouse Subs Canada. “And what better way than to pair these cups with our most Canadian menu item, featuring three mouth-watering meats.”
Founded by former firefighters, the chain entered multi-year partnerships with both the Toronto Maple Leafs and Calgary Flames in 2024. The company supports first responders through the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation of Canada. To date, the foundation has awarded 369 grants worth more than $4.1 million to fund lifesaving equipment for local heroes and public safety organizations across the country.
