TORONTO — Independent food vendors and reps from gourmet food trucks and craft breweries in Toronto are gearing up to serve Cinco de Mayo-themed dishes to the masses at the Street Food Block Party to be hosted at the Evergreen Brick Works on May 5.
The Toronto Underground Market, a social food market community that showcases local home cooks, and Food Truck Eats, a group of food truck owners and enthusiasts seeking to raise the profile of gourmet food trucks in Ontario, have joined for the first time to offer the street event to those 19 and older.
