RICHMOND, B.C. ― The Canadian Association of Foodservice Professionals (CAFP) has announced the passing of John Phoenix.
Phoenix joined the Toronto branch of CAFP in 1979 and held many different positions through his tenure. He was awarded the National Food Executive of the Year in 1993, led the association as its national president from 1994 to 1996 and was later recognized as a life member.
