The Melamine Displayware product line is premium, heavyweight melamine displayware used worldwide in hotels, restaurants, foodservice and catering. The NSF-approved line is chip- and stain-resistant, dishwasher-safe and can handle hot and cold foods.


2. A Boost
Koala’s BoosterChair features a new design that is contoured for comfort and is easy to stack. Meeting the latest safety requirements, the BoosterChair has non-slip feet and an adjustable safety-chair belt. It also has a Microban anti-microbial product protection to help keep it clean. Weighing 2.1 lbs, the chair is 33 cm W x 24.5 cm H x 30.5 cm D and is available in black and brown.

Bauscher’s porcelain chinaware collection, Maître, is geared to the high-end catering business. The lavish design reveals itself in the round plates with outsized rims, platters with asymmetrical rims and cups in various shapes. It’s available in a 30-piece collection.

The OmeletBuster Double Burner Induction Cooktop features a compact, low-profile design that is lightweight and portable for easy transport and storage and enough power to cook an omelette in 90 seconds. The non-slip Isabella shoe features leather and man-made materials, with a comfortable insole and elastic goring and SFC Mighty Grip slip-resistant outsole. The shoe is made with contour stitching and features a 1.5’’ heel.

Hatco 6. Hot Zone
The Heated Zone Merchandiser line’s new Spot On technology allows heat to turn on when a product is placed in the display area. The line comes in single- and dual-shelf configurations, with opening widths available in six-inch increments, from 24 to 60. With two to 12 heat zones available and a large LCD control display, the unit is available in black and seven designer colours.

Hepp’s Ecco line can serve up elegance daily. The flatware line can be used in many styles of tabletop decorations, offering a classic design.

Vollrath’s Cayenne Heavy-Duty Induction Range offers greener induction technology resulting in 84-per-cent energy efficiency and an instant, controllable heat at a lower energy cost. Available in two-hob front-back and four-hob configurations with digital or manual controls, the range provides sensitive low-end control for cooking sauces and milks as well as fast, high-temperature cooking with no open flame.
White-Efficiency 9. A New Efficiency
The SelfCookingCenter whitefficiency unit offers two new innovations: HiDensityControl and Efficient LevelControl in addition to the unit’s SelfCookingControl and CareControl technologies. With a new control panel, the unit is a faster, more efficient, easy-to-use sustainable system. 10. Quiet Please

The Quiet One, Vitamix’s newest blender, is hailed as the quietest commercial blender available. Offering sound reduction, the unit is up to four times quieter than its counterparts with advanced vibration technology. The floating sound enclosure is magnetic, which allows for ease of cleaning and disassembling. CookshackBBQ 11. BBQ Boss
The FEC120 is a pellet-fired pit that produces pure wood smoke flavour. It has a double-walled stainless steel interior and exterior as well as five 23” x 17” nickel-plated racks. The FEC120 will smoke cook 150 lbs. of pork butt, 120 lbs. of brisket, 90 lbs. of ribs or 30 whole chickens per load.
