French’s Demonstrates Its Products’ Versatility

TORONTO — During the Restaurants Canada Show held last week in Toronto, The French’s Food Company hosted a media event demonstrating some of its newest products.

Chef Graham Hayes showcased products including the new French’s Ketchup, made with 100-per-cent Canadian-grown tomatoes, and Crispy Jalapeños, set to launch in May.

Hayes and chef John Bil of Toronto’s Honest Weight served up peameal bacon sandwiches with Cattlemen’s Mississippi Honey BBQ Sauce and Frank’s RedHot Sriracha as well as hot-buttered onion rings made with Frank’s RedHot Original Buffalo Wings Sauce.

Also on the menu were seafood dishes prepared by chef Bil, including savoury clams in sweet wine and Frank’s RedHot Rajili Sauce — a sweet ginger hot sauce — and shrimp prepared with Frank’s RedHot Chile ‘n Lime Sauce.
