TORONTO — Freshii is launching Biiblos, a new Moroccan-flavoured bowl.
Available for a limited time, this plant-based protein bowl was developed by Freshii’s lead nutritionist and features a base of quinoa and spinach, topped with chickpeas, walnuts, feta cheese, carrots, cucumbers, dried cranberries and made-in-house Spicy Harissa Tahini dressing.
A second addition to the Freshii menu — and debuting in the Biiblos bowl — are chickpeas.
