Gabriel Drapeau Named Head of Culinary Operations at WeCook

MONTREAL — Gabriel Drapeau has joined WeCook as its new Head of Culinary Operations. Previously, Drapeau was executive chef at Joe Beef Group. 

In his new role, Drapeau will support the brand’s national expansion, starting with the opening of a production facility in Calgary. Drapeau will work alongside WeCook’s executive chef Daniel Quintal and vice-presdient of Operations Fabrice Semi-Bi.
