TORONTO — Garrison Creek, Toronto’s newest Italian restaurant, is officially opening its doors on November 30. Located at 760 College St., the restaurant is tapping into the area’s roots and culinary style.

“[We] wanted to make it appeal to both foodies and die-hard Italian food lovers alike,” the restaurant’s representatives say in a press release.

The restaurant features reimagined Italian food such as house-made ravioli (from a rotating menu of 20 types of ravioli), osso buco, P.E.I. mussels and Nordic shrimp with mango and whipped-avocado sauce. Complemented by cocktails and an extensive wine list, the kitchen is helmed by head chef Dino Cordileone, who hails from Montreal and has cooked privately for U2 frontman Bono and NHL superstar Alexander Ovechkin.
