MILTON, Ont. — Gordon Food Service (GFS) is preparing for its Cross-Canada series of Magic of the Menu shows, which are being billed as GFS Canada’s 2012 Spring Food, Tabletop and Supplies Shows.
Open to foodservice professionals 18 years and older, the show will feature GFS staff sharing secrets for increasing profits, implementing industry trends and cutting operational costs.
In addition to the professional development component, there will be incentives for operators to purchase new products. Moreover, several seminars will be presented to help restaurant owners and operators build business and increase profits in today’s challenging foodservice economy.
The shows will be held on March 21 in Montreal; March 28 in Toronto; April 3 in Victoria and April 4 in Calgary.
