Good Earth Launches New Fall Menu


CALGARY — Good Earth Coffeehouse and Bakery is undergoing a “menu evolution,” introducing new soups, chowders and panini for the fall.  

While keeping old favourites such as mac and cheese, it has refreshed other offerings, creating new dishes such as: The Albertan made with roast beef and peppery mayo on an onion filone; turkey, bacon and avocado on a fresh ciabatta bun; and prairie chowder, which also has a vegetarian option.

Some 30 Good Earth locations are in operation throughout Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan. The next unit is set to open at Scotia Place in Calgary on Sept. 20.
