VAUGHAN, Ont. — Harvey’s and Swiss Chalet are supporting frontline workers most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic by offering half-price meals.

The promotion started March 20 and will run until March 27, giving healthcare workers, police, firefighters and paramedics 50-per-cent off when they order takeout or drive thru.

“First responders are working countless hours to help keep Canadians safe and healthy, and we wanted to support them and their families,” says David Colebrook, Chief Operating Officer, Harvey’s Canada.

“We thank our frontline healthcare workers — you are the heroes right now and we’re here for you,” adds Ron Simard, Chief Operating Officer, Swiss Chalet.

All government healthcare workers and first responders can take advantage of the offer by showing their credentials to the restaurant staff.
