VANCOUVER —Hawksworth Restaurant, located at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia in Vancouver, has announced the launch of its new, three-course dinner Express Menu. The menu is offered from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. every day ($49 per person) and allows diners to choose from two starters, two main courses and a dessert.
“Designed to offer our guests streamlined service, getting them in and out of the restaurant within 90 minutes, our Express Menu is the best way to enjoy high-quality cuisine in an efficient and friendly manner,” says Johnny Southwell, assistant general manager at Hawksworth Restaurant. “The seasonally changing menu offers locally sourced and ingredient-driven dish combinations.”
Designed by chef de cuisine, Antonio Sotomayor, the menu features a choice of suckling pig with sweet-and-sour glaze and lemon kimchi, or compressed melons with smoked goats’ cheese as an appetizer. The two main meal offerings are Pacific cod ravioli with lemon foam and crispy capers, or a cauliflower- and spring-pea risotto featuring pickled radishes and mushroom vinaigrette. For dessert, guests will receive a Meyer-lemon custard.
For an additional $25, diners can add a wine pairing from the restaurant’s wine director, Bryant Mao.
