TORONTO — The Henderson Brewing Company is set to open its new craft beer brewing facility in Toronto’s Junction Triangle district.
To generate excitement, Henderson Brewing Company ran a Kickstarter campaign last fall offering perks such as custom swag and “beer rewards” to backers. The cornerstone of these rewards are beer subscriptions, where supporters receive Henderson’s monthly brews at private launch parties in advance of the beverages being released to the public.
“We took considerable care in building a brand for Henderson Brewing Company that tells a uniquely Toronto beer story,” says Steve Himel, general manager. “From our name, which is a nod to Toronto’s first brewer, Robert Henderson, to our monthly ‘Ides’ brew series of custom beers and packaging that draws inspiration from Toronto’s famous people, places and moments, this beer is all about our great city.”
The Henderson Brewing Company brewing facility and tap room is scheduled to open in the spring.
