BUFFALO — Hero Certified Burgers will open the doors of its first U.S. location this July 30th, 2015.
“After a long period of construction, we’re so happy to finally open our doors and begin serving this wonderful community,” noted Adam Sumlin and Corey Granberry, Buffalo natives and co-owners of the Elmwood, Buffalo-based location. “We cater to all palates and lifestyles and we hope that our diverse, delicious and wholesome menu will be a huge hit within the Elmwood area.”
The brand specializes in all natural Angus beef-burgers, raised without hormones or antibiotics, plus alternative proteins such as grilled chicken breast, wild Alaskan salmon and the vegetarian Soul burger. Signature side dishes include tempura zucchini and poutine.
Located at 976 Elmwood Ave., the grand opening will take place on July 31st at 4 p.m.
