TORONTO — House of Suntory’s Hibiki Japanese Harmony whisky has been released in Canada for the first time.

A limited release of the whisky is now available at select LCBO stores in Ontario, Alberta liquor stores and B.C.’s LDB.

“There is great interest in Japanese whiskies both in Canada and around the world, and with them being so rare in the Canadian marketplace, we expect Hibiki Japanese Harmony will do very well,” said Deepti Gurkar, senior brand manager, Japanese Whisky, Beam Suntory Canada. “It offers a truly luxurious and rare whisky experience and we’re excited to introduce this product to Canadian consumers.”

Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a blend of at least 10 malt and grain whiskies, aged in five different types of casks, from Suntory’s Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries.

Hibiki Japanese Harmony will cost approximately $99.95 per 750 mL bottle.
