CONCORD, Ont. — High Liner Foodservice has introduced two new menu items for the foodservice industry: Dip’t & Dusted Sriracha Cod Strips and Spicy Sriracha Cheddar Bites.
The new Dip’t & Dusted Sriracha Cod Strips are dipped in a spicy Sriracha flavoured, Southern-style coating that provides a crunch appeal, ready to cook in the fryer or oven. They are available in 2-oz. portions and can be used in a variety of menu items including fish tacos, burritos, wraps, fish sandwiches and poutines.
Meanwhile, the new Spicy Sriracha Cheddar Bites feature creamy processed cheddar cheese and Sriracha flavour with a southern-style breaded crispy coating. They can be deep-fried from frozen in under five minutes, or baked in the oven, then used as a topping on nachos, poutine, burgers and pasta.
