ICCO Canada Presents its Pentola d’Oro – Under the Stars Program Virtually

TORONTO — The Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario, ICCO, will be presenting its annual Under the Stars program virtually on November 25th, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The eighth-annual edition is an online event to promote excellence in food and wine and to recognize individuals as well as businesses and their outstanding contribution to the food-and-beverage industry. It’s presented within the True Italian Taste program, which is funded by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. As part of the True Italian Taste project, this year’s online event celebrates Italian culinary arts, certified and authentic Italian products and ingredients.
The evening will feature a True Italian Taste menu presented exclusively by Michelin-Star chef Cristina Bowerman, who will be connected live from Italy during the event.
Attendees will be able to purchase the evening’s menu at a special price as a dinner kit that will be delivered prior to the event.
As part of evening, several businesspeople in the Italian community will be celebrated as Pentola d’Oro winners including:

– Italy-Canada Award: Chef Massimo Capra
– Lifetime Achievement Award: Joe Pulla – Johnvince Foods
