MACLEAN, Va. — The Canadian-owned Centennial Foodservice has become a member of The International Foodservice Distributors Association (IFDA).
Founded in 1967, Centennial Foodservice is a center-of-the-plate foodservice distribution company and the largest independent protein foodservice distributor in Western Canada. Its distribution centers include butcher shops that custom-process a range of meats. The company carries a line of specialty items, including desserts, vegetables, fruits, pastas, salad dressings, cheeses and oils.
