BULRINGTON, Ont. — Ikea is setting up a food-focused pop-up experience on King St. W. in downtown Toronto from May 13 to 26.
The pop-up’s goal is to expand Ikea customers’ culinary awareness and approach to cooking in a healthy, fun and affordable way.
“At Ikea, our vision is to create a better everyday life for people and our commitment to food is an extension of this,” says Stefan Sjöstrand, president of Ikea Canada.
More than 50 Ikea products will be available for purchase at the pop-up, including an interactive recipe book, accessories and other Ikea food and kitchen products. Food sampling, including meatball carts serving meat and veggie ball samples, will also be on hand.
Customers can tweet about the pop-up using #StartFooding.
