NEW YORK — illycaffè has launched two new ready-to-drink cold brew flavours, as well as its Cold Brew Blade dispenser system for the hospitality sector.
The Cold Brew Blade is a one-touch system that makes two different cold-brew preparations. The system dispenses illy Cold Brew or nitro-style illy Cold Brew Aria without the need for nitrogen tanks or an external compressed air source. Additionally, the system is equipped with disposable dispensing tubes, eliminating the need for internal cleaning and improving its food-safety features and day-to-day maintenance. The unit is now available to hospitality customers in North America.
Furthermore, the new cold-brew flavours include illy Cold Brew Cappuccino and Latte Macchiato, and are now available on Amazon, illy’s website and in select grocery retailers.
