MONCTON, NB — Bradley Martin has been appointed a director of Imvescor Restaurant Group Inc. Martin is vice-president, COO and corporate secretary of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited (“Fairfax”). His appointment was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in connection with the previously announced refinancing and recapitalization transactions governed by a subscription agreement entered into between Imvescor and Fairfax.
Imvescor Restaurant Group owns franchised and corporate restaurants throughout Canada, under four brands: Pizza Delight, Mikes, Scores restaurants and Bâton Rouge.
