Imvescor President Steps Down

MONCTON, N.B. — Denis Richard is stepping down as president and CEO of Moncton, N.B.’s Imvescor Restaurant Group Inc.; the company’s CFO, Ming-Ming Wong, has been appointed interim CEO.

“We would like to thank Mr. Richard for his contributions in the last few years. Mr. Richard has led the company through significant restructuring and refinancing transactions, all of which has positioned the company for future success,” said Robb Chase, the newly appointed chairman of the Board.

Chase joined Imvescor in 2011 after holding senior leadership roles in foodservice companies, including Quiznos Canada Restaurant Corporation, Papa John’s International and Pepsico Restaurants International.

Richard will remain on the Board of Directors during the transition period, while the company initiates a process to find a new CEO.

Imvescor Restaurant Group owns and franchises Pizza Delight, Mikes, Scores and Bâton Rouge.
