TORONTO — The 95th-annual Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, taking place at Toronto’s Exhibition Place from Nov. 3 to 12, will feature Indigenous chef David Wolfman and the Farm-to-Table Discovery Zone.

“From top chefs and food producers offering the best in the farm-to-table movement to decorated Olympic equestrians competing for a place on The Royal podium, the fair is a celebration and recognition of the best that Canada has to offer the world,” says Charlie Johnstone, CEO, The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair.

On November 5, chef Wolfman will demonstrate fusion cooking at the Burnbrae Farms and Food Lifestyle Stage. Also taking the stage will be Brent Preston who will speak about how he left Toronto to start a vegetable farm in Creemore, Ont. Momofuku Diashou’s Paula Navarrete will also offer meals and treats for audience members to sample.

The Farm-To-Table Discovery Zone will take guests on a virtual-reality tour of a dairy farm and other exhibits will showcase what goes into growing and supplying local foods.
