TORONTO — JaBistro, known for its signature Aburi Sushi — a flame-seared method that enhances the natural flavours of the seafood — and Oshizushi, a pressed sushi, is celebrating its 12th anniversary.

“In the past 12 years, our goal has been to honour traditional techniques and the natural flavours of authentic ingredients, while showcasing the craftsmanship and creativity of our chefs,” says Alan De Luma, head of Marketing at KINKA FAMILY, the parent company that operates JaBistro. “Reaching a dozen years is a testament to the passion and innovation that defines JaBistro.”

To mark its anniversary, the restaurant will feature exclusive menu offerings, including a lobster sashimi platter and a curated dinner tasting menu that includes Maki rolls from January 9 to 11. Guests can also enjoy discounted sparkling wine and champagne during this period.
