TORONTO — Yakitori is the name and the game of the reimagined Japanese restaurant, Kintori Yakitori, which will re-open in Toronto this fall.
The restaurant, located at 668 Bloor St. W., will open its doors Sept.28.
The menu will feature its signature charcoal-grilled skewers, small tapas-style plates, daily specials and secret menu items. Customers can order skewers a la carte ($2 to$4.50 each) or through easy-to-understand assorted sets, such as the Meat Lovers ($12.50), the For the Fearless ($11.50) or the Kintori Classics ($21).
In addition to its vast variety of Japanese dishes, Kintori Yakitori offers an expansive drink list filled with Japanese-inspired cocktails, such as the Matcha No.7 ($9.50) or the Yuzomoni ($9.50) along with a rotating selection of local beers.
The restaurant/snack bar offers a cozy 30-seat dining area comprised of 20 table seats and 10 seats available at the bar. It will be open daily serving dinner and drinks from 6 p.m. until 2 a.m.
