Krispy Kreme, Inc. Accelerating Growth in Canada

TORONTO — Krispy Kreme, Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to partner with franchisee and operator Krispy K Canada, which owns and manages 10 points of access throughout Ontario and Quebec. The investment will allow the company to expand its omni-channel strategy, including its shops, e-commerce, delivery and retail.

Operating partners, Christopher Lindsay and Kelcey Hamaker, will remain as co-CEOs of Krispy K Canada after the transaction is completed. Following this transaction, Krispy Kreme will control 75 per cent of sales across its global network.
