MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — La Prep is bringing its rebranded chain of bistro-style restaurants to Richmond Hill, Ont.
The new restaurant will be the inaugural location of the chain’s new La Prep Social Bistro concept and will seat more than 65 diners. A soft opening is scheduled to happen today and will be followed by a formal grand opening in late August.
The new brand will replace the Daily-Fresh brand and is meant to better reflect the chain’s diverse menu of fresh foods and sophisticated bistro environment. As part of the rebranding effort, La Prep created a new 75,000-sq.-ft. commissary kitchen where executive chef Richard Chambers and his team will develop fresh recipes for Social Bistro.
“We’re thrilled to provide people in Richmond Hill with a new dining option with fresh, delicious and healthy meals that have become a hallmark of La Prep across Canada,” says Naveen Seth, CEO, La Prep.
La Prep is also set to introduce new kiosk-style locations without seating — marketed as La Prep Fast and Fresh. The company plans to open several Fast and Fresh locations in food courts at malls, offices and schools.
