Liam Dolan Joins the National Restaurant Association

CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Charlottetown restaurateur Liam Dolan will join the board of directors of the Washington-based National Restaurant Association, effective Jan. 24, 2017. Dolan is currently the owner of Claddagh Oyster Bar, Olde Dublin Pub and Peak’s Quay.

Dolan also serves as a director and past chair of Restaurants Canada. As the organization’s “exchange director,” Dolan is in charge of exchanging foodservice trends and issues with the U.S. in order to bring best practices back to Canada.
