TORONTO — Toronto-based Liberty Entertainment Group recently partnered with the Spin Master Corp. to host the eighth-annual Caring & Sharing Holiday Banquet in support of the Children’s Breakfast Club.
The event involved more than 1,000 children and teachers from the Children’s Breakfast Club-affiliated schools in the Greater Toronto Area and rural Ontario. It also featured a special address from Toronto Mayor John Tory, a toy giveaway and a formal luncheon in the Governor’s Room of the Liberty Grand.
“The event is a true reflection of partnerships and we’re pleased to host the annual Caring & Sharing Holiday Banquet in support of the Children’s Breakfast Club,” says Nick Di Donato, president and CEO of Liberty Entertainment Group.
Liberty Entertainment Group donated the venue and luncheon, as well as more than 200 staff volunteers. Other event partners included Toronto Police Services, Carquest, Centennial College, North American Produce Buyers, The Don Valley Hotel & Suites, The Jazz Pilots and The International Policing Association.
