Local Celebrities to Speak At Restaurants Canada Show
TORONTO — Alex Tagliani, NASCAR driver as well as Patrick McMurray, world champion oyster-shucker, are among the 20 presenters scheduled to speak at the Restaurants Canada Show.
Tagliani will talk about his personal experiences with life-threatening food allergies and explain how restaurateurs can address customer concerns. McMurray, owner of Pearl Driver in Toronto, will indulge the audience by sharing his knowledge of oysters.
The Restaurants Canada Show will be held at the Direct Energy Centre in Toronto from March 1 to 3.
