LOS ANGELES — It seems Beso, the Los Angeles restaurant that’s partly owned by Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria, is the subject of a lawsuit from a diner who allegedly slipped on the floor and injured herself, reports the Winnipeg Free Press.

According to the paper, in the obtained court documents, the woman claims she got up from her chair and “suddenly slipped and fell due to the floor being extremely slippery.”

The restaurant owners don’t have much information at this point. “The company hasn’st had a chance to review the lawsuit yet. Also, the restaurant is not aware of any incident of this nature happening in the past,” said JT Torregiani, a managing partner for Beso as quoted by TMZ.com.
