MONTREAL — Luda Foods Inc. supported a variety of hospitality and foodservice educational programs throughout 2017.

In 2017, the company supported Le Chainon and Moisson Montreal through more than $10,000 in donations and gave grants to graduating Food Science students at McGill University, George Brown College Culinary Arts students through the CAFP (Canadian Association for Foodservice Professionals), as well as to students in Culinary Arts at the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ).

Luda Foods also provided support for the historical library restoration project at John Abbot College, located in Ste-Anne-De-Bellevue, Que. The company also provided financial support to UMR (Unité Mixte de Recherche) in gastronomy — a collaborative research project between Université Laval, ITHQ and the Casino of Montreal aimed at developing Quebec’s gastronomy.
